Depending on our current workload, it can vary but typically we try and book projects in, 4 weeks in advance 

No, we are open to projects all over the UK, however if we need to travel, this will be added in to the project invoice

Once you book with us you will need to pay 10% of the invoice up front, this will also be your non-refundable booking deposit.  The remaining balance will be due before the first day of production.  If it is a project that does not include filming then 100% of the invoice must be paid up front.

Yes, however an Installment fee of 10% of the total invoice will be added and this calculated in to the monthly installments, The full amount would need to be settled before the project starts

We will endeavor to accommodate if bookings need to be moved however if you need to cancel and it is 14 days or less before production you will lose your deposit 

We will always try and complete filming within the time frame stipulated in the invoice, however we can extend this if requested and additional filming hours will be charged at £50 per hour,  If the filming doesn't come to a full hour you will be charged £25 for 0-30 mins and £50 for 30-60 mins.  If filming is extended out of your control, no additional payments will be required
